The Roche Angling Club caters for both the pleasure angler as well as the match angler as it controls the fishing rights on 6 pools in the St. Austell area. These pools contain many specimen fish and regular matches are organised on selected waters throughout the year. Unfortunately we are not able to offer day permits, membership details can be obtained from the Membership Secretary by sending a S.A.E. to the Membership Secretary.
There is an active game section that arranges fly fishing competitions on commercial trout fisheries and E.A. reservoirs. As well as freshwater fishing there is also a sea fishing section which holds a number of beach competitions and, provided that a sufficient number of members make a booking, boat fishing trips can be organised.
